Nature of the game

Pixelzorvia is a free social game. All points, scores, and in-game elements exist only within the game and have no real-world monetary value. Points can't be purchased, sold, or exchanged for cash or prizes. We don't accept payments from users.

User conduct

Use Pixelzorvia for its intended purpose: entertainment. The following will get your account terminated without warning:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination toward other users
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for personal advantage
• Running bots, scripts, or automated tools against the game
• Creating multiple accounts to game the system
• Distributing spam or malicious links through in-game channels

Intellectual property

All content within Pixelzorvia — artwork, game mechanics, sounds, text, and code — belongs to Pixelzorvia or its licensors. Don't copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the game without written consent.

Account termination

We can suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion if we determine the user has violated these terms. We'll try to give notice when practical, but we're not required to.

Liability

Pixelzorvia is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uptime, data retention, or uninterrupted access. Our total liability is zero, which makes sense given that no money changes hands.
